GESM is proud to announce its participation in the esteemed Kids 4 Human Rights International Drawing Contest. This renowned contest, organized by The United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in collaboration with Gabarron Foundation, serves as a platform for young artists to express their perspectives on human rights through art.
We are delighted to share that three of our Grade 5 students, namely Omar, Jio, and Tulika, have been selected to have their artworks displayed in the prestigious Queen Sofia Children’s Art Museum located in Valladolid, Spain. This recognition not only celebrates the talent and creativity of our students but also highlights the significance of promoting awareness and understanding of human rights among the younger generation.
The opportunity to showcase their artwork in such a distinguished venue underscores our school's commitment to nurturing global citizens who are actively engaged in advocating for human rights and social justice. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Omar, Jio, Tulika, and all the participants whose contributions serve as poignant reminders of the importance of upholding human rights worldwide.
