"Once escaped the gray of the night..." - thus begins the text on a famous typeface by Paul Klee. This inspired the children of the 3rd and 4th grades to explore the boundaries between image and writing with their own artistic means. A discourse on the development of writing (from the Stone Age to modern times) led to their own system of visual signs. The invention of a personal secret script with curious writing tools gave the children great pleasure, so that their wild experiments ultimately resulted in their own drawing image in warm or cold color tones.
