Working Together to Support Student Well-Being

Student well-being is a shared responsibility. The Guidance and Counseling Office works closely with students, families, teachers, school leadership, and external professionals to provide coordinated support that promotes both individual growth and a positive school community.

Beyond individual counseling and classroom guidance, the office also leads school-wide initiatives that foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Throughout the year, students participate in programs that promote mental health awareness, bullying prevention, leadership development, student well-being, and positive relationships.

Our Collaborative Approach

  • Partnering with parents and families to support student development

  • Collaborating with teachers and school leadership to monitor student progress and well-being

  • Working alongside the Child Safeguarding Team to help ensure a safe learning environment

  • Coordinating with external specialists and agencies when additional support is needed
