After School Clubs

Afternoon Clubs at German European School Manila (GESM) offer students the opportunity to explore their interests beyond the classroom in a safe, structured, and engaging environment. The programme is designed to support creativity, physical development, teamwork, and curiosity across all year levels. Most of our clubs incur no additional fees.

Club availability may vary depending on age group, skill level, capacity, and staff availability. Some clubs may have limited spaces or specific entry requirements. Additional clubs may also be offered based on student interest and staff expertise.

Schedule

Afternoon Clubs typically run Monday to Thursday from 2:15 PM to 3:35 PM. Additional clubs or special activities may occasionally be offered after 3:35 PM or on selected Fridays.

Who Can Join?

The programme is open to students from Preschool through Secondary School, with activities tailored to different age groups and developmental stages.

Club Participation Begins

Club registration usually takes place within the first two weeks of the school year. While students are encouraged to remain in their selected clubs to ensure consistency, changes during the year may be possible on a case-by-case basis. Requests depend on availability, club type, and suitability. All change requests must be sent via email to the Club Coordinator at clubs@gesm.org.
