Learning Support
At German European School Manila, we are committed to providing an inclusive learning environment where all students are supported to achieve their potential. Through our Additional Needs Program (ANP), we provide individualized learning support for students with additional educational needs. By working closely with families, teachers, and specialists, we help students access the curriculum, build independence, and participate confidently in school life.

What is the Additional Needs Program (ANP)?
The ANP provides tailored support for students with determined learning differences and other specific educational needs. Depending on each student's needs, support may include in-class assistance, small-group or individual sessions, and appropriate learning accommodations.

Each student's support plan is developed through assessments, teacher observations, and consultation with families, with regular reviews to ensure support remains effective.

Students are identified through assessments, observations, and parent consultations. Individualized support is then planned, implemented, and regularly reviewed to ensure it remains effective.
Admissions & Program Information
Students may be recommended for the ANP through assessments, teacher observations, or consultation with families. In some cases, participation may be a condition of enrollment or continued enrollment where additional support is necessary.

GESM is committed to supporting students with diverse learning needs. However, acceptance and continued enrollment depend on the school’s current support capacities and the level of assistance required. The school carefully considers whether it can provide the appropriate support while maintaining a positive and effective learning environment for all students.
Additional fees may apply depending on the level of support required. Families are informed of any associated costs during the admissions or review process.
