All delegates arrived safely for the SOAS Manila! They were picked up by jeepneys from the airport, an iconic mode of transportation in the metro.
During the opening ceremonies. all participating teams were introduced. The audience was treated to an exciting unicycle performance by Mr. Salvenmoser’s class as well as a thrilling number from our GESM cheer dancers. The games were declared open by the German Embassy’s Chargé d’Affaires Dr. Roland Schissau. The programme ended with three wonderful pieces performed by our GESM Youth Ensemble.
