Eurocampus Basketball Team Begins Training

The Eurocampus basketball team has begun its first training sessions, bringing together students from German European School Manila (GESM) and Lycée Français de Manille (LFM). Although they come from two schools, the students will train and play as one team.

The players had two special guests to help start the season: GESM parent and three time PBA All Star Paul Artadi, and GESM Club Coordinator Coach Mau Belen, a six time PBA 3x3 Conference Champion. Both joined the team for its first training, giving students the opportunity to learn from people with extensive experience in Philippine basketball.

For many of the students, these early sessions are also a chance to get to know teammates from the other school. Basketball gives them something to work on together from the start, whether they are practising a skill, communicating on the court or finding their rhythm as a group. The first training marks the beginning of a season in which the players will continue to develop their skills and grow together as the Eurocampus team. We look forward to following their progress.
