Last week, GESM hosted a meeting, in agreement with the Spanish Embassy in Manila and the infamous LaLiga, for all those who are interested in Spanish culture and football and indeed, they did not disappoint! The meeting lasted an hour during which the students were culturally introduced to different regions in Spain through their located football clubs. The images and information were rich in pictures and details and the narrative truly inspired one to discover more about exactly how much this country has to offer. We would like to thank Mrs. Beatriz Jimeno and Mrs. Almudena Gomez for their time and cooperation and we look forward to their next invitation. Hopefully by then, we can host them in person at school!
