Eat, Meet & Greet on Nov 11, 2025

Before we light our lanterns for Martinstag this year, we would like to invite you and your children to spend a relaxed afternoon on campus.

Date: Tuesday, 11 November 2025

Time: 2:15 PM – 5:30 PM

Venue: GESM Campus

“Eat, Meet & Greet” is a casual get-together for families, teachers, and staff between the end of classes and the start of the Lanternenfest (Sankt Martin) celebration later that day. It’s an opportunity to unwind, connect, and enjoy the GESM community spirit.

Between 2:15 PM and 5:30 PM, we will be offering several short activities and sessions, including:

• Guided tours of GESM’s new facilities and rooms (Robotics room, new classrooms, etc.)

• An information session on the planned Germany trip for students in 2026 (est. 4:30 PM)

• An introduction to the latest campus-wide art project featuring GESM’s own Berliner Bär (est. 5:00 PM)

• Time to relax and socialize with other parents, the Parent Council (GEB), board members, and staff over food and drinks outdoors

At 5:30 PM, everyone is welcome as we transition to our Lantern fest/Sankt Martin celebration hosted by the Primary students. More on that here.

Important: This is a family event. Students may not attend without their parents or guardians.
