Eurocampus holds Olympic torch run

On the morning of Wednesday, April 6, Eurocampus Manila had its first school-wide joint event in more than two years!

GESM joined the French school for the symbolic Olympic torch run in anticipation of the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. German Ambassador Anke Reiffenstuel and French Ambassador Michèle Boccoz were present to witness the event. All students and teachers from Kindergarten to Grade 12 held symbolic torches and took their turns running around the campus. On top of that, all runners were served watermelon and other fruits upon completion of the circuit!

For the students -- as well as for the teachers -- it was a fun day of getting active and getting to know fellow learners from the other section, as well as peers from the French school.
