On 6 October, GESM played hosts to representatives of the Philippine Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR). The government representatives gave a workshop on aquaponics systems to the GESM aquaponics afternoon club, led by Mr. Simon Stoldt and Mr. Sebastian Schaffer.
The club plans to create an aquaponics system in GESM's newly acquired piece of land adjacent to the campus, with the help of the knowledge and expertise of the BFAR. Soon, our teachers and students will be able to visit GESM's very own aquaponics garden on campus!
