Learning Healthy Nutrition with Class Mascot Konstantin

Die erste Klasse der deutschen Sektion beschäftigt sich gerade mit gesunder Ernährung und warum eigentlich Obst und Gemüse gesünder sind als die leckere Tafel Schokolade. So hat jeder zu Hause eine gesunde Jause zubereitet und das Ergebnis auf Teams mit den anderen geteilt, damit auch alle anderen Kinder Lust auf leckere gesunde Gerichte bekommen. Gemeinsam wurde auch erforscht, was eigentlich alles in einem Apfel steckt.
Zum Essen gehört aber natürlich auch das Zähne putzen, mit unserem Klassenmaskottchen Konstantin haben wir gleich vor dem Bildschirm gemeinsam geübt, wie man es richtig macht.
The German section first grade class is currently dealing with healthy nutrition and why fruit and vegetables are actually healthier than the delicious bar of chocolate. So everyone prepared a healthy snack at home and shared the result with the others in teams, so that all the other children also get the desire for delicious healthy food. Together they also explored what is actually in an apple.
Of course, brushing teeth is also part of the meal. Together with our class mascot Konstantin, we practiced in front of the screen how to do it right.
