On November 20, 2025, GESM’s primary schools held their annual Geo Bee Challenge: an inter‑house competition that tests students’ map skills, country knowledge and geographical reasoning. The event brought together house teams made up of pupils from across the primary grades, competing for house pride and important year‑long points.

At GESM primary, students are grouped into six houses named after German cities; each house includes members from every grade and students are assigned to a house at random. For the Geo Bee, every house fielded competitors in each grade level, so younger and older pupils alike had the chance to represent their house and contribute to the team score.

After several rounds of fast‑paced questions and close matches, the House of Münster earned first place and took home the Geo Bee title. Their win adds valuable points to Münster’s house total — points that are tallied throughout the school year. At the end of the year the house with the highest cumulative score will be crowned House Champion.

The Geo Bee is more than a contest: it promotes teamwork across age groups, encourages academic curiosity, and builds school spirit as houses accumulate points through a variety of events all year long. Congratulations to the House of Münster and to all participants for an excellent competition!
