Project of Grades 7D & 8D: Banksy-Style Stencil Technique

by Rene Reiter

We are excited to introduce our interdisciplinary classroom project, which focuses on the fascinating technique of stencil art, inspired by the famous street artist Banksy. In this project, conducted in collaboration with WorkersSpace, our talented students have created impressive works of art. Additionally, they built wooden picture frames in WorkersSpace to stylishly present their artworks.

The stencil technique allows for the creation of complex images and powerful messages in an accessible and direct way. Our students have not only learned the technical skills to create precise stencils but also recognized the significance of art as a form of expression for social and societal issues.

Enjoy exploring and discovering the world of stencil art!
