The GEO Bee Challenge 2024

by Ms. Rain Galvez, Mr. Lawrence Buck and Mr. Mike Macasaet

If the energy from children's excited voices could be harnessed, we would have lit up the entire Philippines with the cheers and enthusiasm of our Primary students supporting their Houses. The competition was fierce as each House selected their best participants for this year's GEO BEE Challenge. From questions about world capitals to landforms, communities, and civilizations, the Houses of Dresden and München stood out, earning a well-deserved tie for the championship! The House of Münster secured second place. Congratulations to all the students who took part in this year’s GEO BEE Challenge!

Geo Bee is more than just a competition; it is an opportunity for students to expand their knowledge, engage with their peers, and develop a lifelong appreciation for Geography. As participants dive into the complexities of the world, they not only compete for titles but also grow into informed global citizens. Whether you are a student, teacher, or spectator, the Geo Bee invites everyone to celebrate the wonders of our planet and the importance of geographic literacy.
