The campus of our school buzzed with color, sound, and excitement from May 5 to 9, 2025, during the much-anticipated Art, Music, and Drama Festival. It was a vibrant week that brought together the creative energies of students across all grades, and one of the key highlights was the Art Exhibition presented by the Art Department.
This year’s exhibition, themed “Artists Around the World,” showcased the remarkable artistic talent of students from Grades 1 to 10, including both the German and English sections. Each grade level selected an artist from a different part of the world, exploring their unique styles, techniques, and inspirations. The students then created artworks inspired by these global masters, resulting in a rich, multicultural display that reflected their deep engagement with art history and creative expression.
The exhibition was more than just a gallery—it was a creative journey. From expressive paintings to imaginative mixed media pieces, the walls of the art space told stories of discovery and exploration. Alongside the 2D artworks, the woodworking section also stood out, where students proudly displayed a variety of beautifully handcrafted wooden items.
Adding to the immersive experience were several hands-on workshops held on May 5. These included printmaking, clay modeling, charm-making, woodworking, and general art activities, providing students from across the school an opportunity to try something new, refine their skills, and enjoy the process of creation. These workshops were open to all and were met with great enthusiasm and curiosity.
It was a fantastic showcase of creativity, passion, and artistic growth, and a proud moment for the entire school community.
