Last Friday, our Pre-Primary students proudly celebrated a very special milestone, the 100th day of School! This joyful celebration marked 100 days of learning, friendships, discoveries, and growth since the beginning of the school year.
The day began with creativity and excitement as the children proudly wore their 100 Days Hats, which they had prepared with great care and imagination. Each hat was unique, showing how every child celebrated reaching this important number in their own creative way.
Our classrooms then turned into busy art studios as students worked on their 100 Day Art projects, where they created drawings that creatively incorporated the number 100. The activity encouraged both artistic expression and number awareness, and the children proudly shared their colorful masterpieces with classmates and teachers.
One of the highlights of the day was our cooking activity, baking 100 pizzas! With much enthusiasm, the children helped prepare pizzas, learning more about cooperation while enjoying the delicious smells filling the room. Of course, the best part came afterwards when everyone sat together to enjoy the pizzas they had helped create.
Afterwards, we gathered to cheer and toast to our first 100 days, celebrating all the hard work and happy memories we have shared so far. Laughter and proud smiles filled the room as students reflected on how much they have learned and grown.
To keep our energy high, we also completed 100 exercises together! We performed various movements, from jumping and stretching to balancing and marching, including practicing for our upcoming event, Palarong Pinoy! We showed teamwork and determination while keeping active and healthy.
To end the celebration, we watched a special video showcasing our journey from the first days of school up to the 100th day. Seeing photos and moments of classroom activities, friendships forming, and milestones achieved reminded us how much the children have developed in confidence, independence, and skills over these past months.
Our 100 Days of School celebration was more than just a fun day, it was a meaningful reminder of how far our students have come and how much learning and joy we have shared together. We are incredibly proud of each child’s progress and look forward to many more exciting learning adventures in the days ahead.
Here’s to the next 100 days of growing, learning, and discovering together!
