Creative Writing Challenge Winners

The last House Challenge this year tapped into our Word Weavers' creative thinking skills as they wrote stories in their chosen language (German and English) using prompts. Houses were given four scenarios to choose from where their imagination went far and wide to take their readers in mystical and funny settings. There was this mysterious box with a magical button that takes you to different places and times; the machine that shrunk the kids and their quest to put the machine back together by chasing the gigantic bolts and other pieces; how they fought the wicked witch to get the magic wand to turn their friend back to a normal school boy and the mermaid who swam with the colourful sea creatures.
