Is That My Face – or Art?

At the start of the new school year, Grade 4D created self-portraits in art class – but not in the usual way. Using transparencies, photos, and lots of paint, the students produced surprising results that showed familiar faces in a completely new light.

To go along with this, one student even wrote a step-by-step guide in German class explaining how to make such portraits.
