The Shoebox Project

These past weeks, GESM students, teachers, and parents came together to fill shoeboxes with gifts for children in need. We were able to donate for nursery and kindergarten students supported by Children of the Dump Manila (COTDM), an organization that helps children living in and around Manila's largest dumpsite.

Big kudos to IB DP students Asha, Alex, Princess, and Shivank, who helped co-organized the event! With their help, and the generosity of GESM families, we collected gifts in 217 shoeboxes -- the most we've had since the start of this annual drive. 🎁✨
