Two Days of Team Spirit, Energy, & Fun at GESM Sports Days

On October 23 and 24, the German European School Manila (GESM) held its annual Sports Days: two lively days of games, teamwork, and excitement across the campus. The first day saw our Primary students take to the fields and pool, while Secondary students competed the following day in football, swimming, and relay races.

Each class represented their own team, giving their all not only in the matches but also in the lead-up to the event, where students had been earning points in their regular sports classes. The final rankings combined both performances from Sports Days and these earlier achievements, with three classes emerging as this year’s 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.

Beyond the trophies and scores, the real highlight was the energy and joy that filled the campus as students cheered, competed, and supported one another. A big thank-you goes out to our dedicated sports teachers for organizing yet another successful and memorable Sports Days -- and to all our students for showing what true sportsmanship looks like!
