Our U11 team took part in a football tournament on Saturday May 9 at British School Manila, joining several schools for a day of matches. The tournament gave the players the chance to compete against different teams, put their training into practice, and gain more experience in a competitive setting.
The team started the day well, recording a 4–0 win in their opening game. They played with confidence from the start, showing good teamwork and communication across the pitch. Their movement going forward created several opportunities, while the defense remained organized throughout the match.
The second game, against G8, was a closer contest. Both sides matched each other well, and the pace remained high throughout. Our players continued to work hard, staying disciplined and supporting one another as the game progressed. Despite their efforts, the match finished 2–1, which marked the end of their run in the tournament. Across both matches, the team showed strong effort, discipline, and a positive attitude. They worked well together as a group, stayed focused throughout the day, and approached each game with determination.
Overall, the tournament was a valuable experience for the players, giving them the opportunity to develop further through competitive play. We congratulate the team on their efforts and for representing the school well throughout the event.
