For March, the Eurocampus library, led by our librarian Ms. Sofia, is showcasing a display of books, films, and student works that highlight women empowerment. As an addition to the lobby exhibition, the library display features the story of Nobel Peace Prize laureate Malala Yousafzai.
Especially eye-catching are the lapbooks that tell the Pakistani education activist's story made by students of Grade 7D. These works are the output of a cross-disciplinary project that involved their Geography, Biology and German classes. Another part of the exhibit are letters that tell inspiring stories about women, penned by students of Grade 5E.
The library exhibit is on display until the end of March -- International Women's Month. Drop by and check it out!
