Am Donnerstag, den 18. Februar, 2021 haben wir, die Klasse 7D, in der Französischstunde ein Dessert namens Clafoutis gemeinsam online gebacken. Das sind puddingartige Kuchen mit Kirschen drin. Bei uns hatte aber jeder andere Früchte im Clafoutis: Bananen, Äpfel, Pfirsiche und Kirschen. Außer kleine Internetabstürze gab es keine großen Probleme. Alle hatten ihre Kameras in der Küche an und alles verlief beim Backen Schritt-für-Schritt. Die Backanweisungen (auf Französisch) waren am Gerät zu sehen. Obwohl sie online durchgeführt waren, hat alles sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Außerdem, wenn wir das Backen in der Schule gemacht hätten, hätte nicht jeder alle Schritte selbst machen können, sondern die Anweisungen wären unter den Schülerinnen und Schüler aufgeteilt worden. Aber online durfte jeder alles selbst machen. Es wäre super toll, wenn wir es nochmal machen! Die Clafoutis haben auch richtig gut geschmeckt! Hoffentlich backen wir nochmal (ob online oder face-to-face)! Schließlich ist das auch ein besonderes Ereignis!
On Thursday, February 18, 2021, we, class 7D, baked a dessert called clafoutis together online during French class. These are custard-like cakes with cherries in them. But in our case, everyone had different fruits in the clafoutis: bananas, apples, peaches, and cherries. Other than minor internet crashes, there were no major problems. Everyone had their cameras on in the kitchen and everything went step-by-step while baking. The baking instructions (in French) were on the unit. Although they were done online, everything was very fun. Also, if we had done the baking at school, not everyone would have been able to do all the steps themselves, but the instructions would have been divided among the students. But online, everyone got to do everything themselves. It would be super awesome if we did it again! The clafoutis tasted really good too! Hopefully we bake again (whether online or face-to-face)! After all, this is also a special event!
